We bought dosai, idli and poori yesterday. The service was super fast and the food parcelled in no time at all. You can bring your own tiffen box or hotpack to take the food in. However, we chose to let them pack the food themselves. They use plantain leaves for packing the food and newspapers for the outside with cotton twine. All of the packaging is recyclable. Remember to use your tote bag to take the food in, to minimise your carbon footprint. The food is fresh, tasty and of high quality. The karai (spicy) chutney is a perfect accompaniment for both the idlis and dosais; along with the coconut (getti) chutney and sambar (a perfect combination of lentils, tamarind and spices - just like you will find in any Tamizhian home). The pooris were not greasy at all and the kazhangu (potato) masala was yummy! I am looking forward to trying more in the future. At INR 240 for the whole thing (3 dosais, a plate of idlis and 2 set pooris); it's authentic, high quality and tasty Indian food for an amazing price.
