Before I start off with the review, I'd like to point out that I have included my general rating segments for this food truck setup for a reason. I'll mention why the low or average ratings for concerned segment as I proceed with my comments. I've missed out on pics of two dishes we had! Apologies!
Now, to begin with, I've visited this place about three times earlier for an early dinner as recommended and accompanied by my foodie partner.
You're gonna be looking at a small Piaggio van converted to a food truck. I personally love the concept of a food truck, prematurely trying to experiment with one myself about 6-7 years ago. For me, it boils down to two things, where you choose to station your wagon and the quality of food you provide. Only Chinese food available.
Food:
For three of us, we chose to order two Karam mix meat rice(a signature dish), one Szechwan fish rice, one chilli fish, one chilli chicken. For starters, we chose the fish finger.
And, yes! We were really hungry!
