My special instructions for preparing zero spicy were not followed despite calling Karnavati & even the delivery person informed them. Also, the quality of all foodstuff is inferior.

Worst expirence. Purchased Bombay vadapav from karnavati dabeli at vastrapur. Which was served very cold. Despite Complaining regarding that to cashier boy who was so busy on social media on his mobile he didn't bother about that so left half eaten vadapav on table such a waste of money,time and food. Will never visit this outlet again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
