We ordered a masala dosa and specifically asked them to keep the masala separate. Their response? "We can’t do that, it’s already ready." Excuse me? We literally just placed the order. how is it already prepared when Swiggy shows a 25-minute delivery time? Are they serving pre-made, reheated dosas? That’s not just lazy, it’s unhygienic and unacceptable. If a restaurant can’t handle a simple customization request, especially right after an order is placed, they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. Never ordering from here again.
