The success of this place would be impossible without the cool staff. Fast service is something guests like here. Many people think that prices are low for what you receive. My recent visit to Karnataka Bhel House left me thoroughly disappointed. The taste of their once-flavorful dishes has deteriorated significantly. The masala in particular, lacked the freshness and flavor it used to have, it tasted bland. To make matters worse, the staff's arrogant behavior was astonishing. They behave as if they're serving for free, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. In addition to these taste and service issues, the overall hygiene standards were shockingly low, with unclean tables and utensils throughout the establishment. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this place to eat chats. There are better places, who serve authentic Bengaluru chats. It's a lost legacy for Karnataka bhel house.
