This place has so much potential but since it is a gov body and shops + lake is leased on tender. No one really invest much but rely on whatever can be extracted from inflating prices both of the shops and product+services. You can see there is dominos shop inside but it is not operational. Reason being the guy who won the tender has inflated the rent and ask for 70%margin on profit. This keeps local people away to do any business. I bet he inflate the price so that no one invest there and he can show this a loss transaction in his business for tax benefits. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
