Room was fine, was actually a villa with more than one room for a family stay kind of set up but the kitchenette disn5have anything useful, just a refrigerator and dip tea. An induction stove with a few utensils would have made the place much useful but I think they prioritize making money over the guest comfort. Service was slow and I would say bad, cleaning guys wouldn't keep a hand towel in the washrooms unless asked multiple times, food quantity varied over three days when ordered in the room and they will completely slip something out of that order and wouldn't bring even after follow ups. The service at their dine-in was much better as Grace and Jolly served with smile and ensured you get everything you needed. Location is good, nestled under a lot of trees and open area. Just that winters may not be the best time to go as they shared the same air as the rest of the Delhi-NCT.

One of the highlights of our stay was the Boutique concept rooms. Each room is uniquely designed with great attention to detail, reflecting charm, elegance, and a cozy aesthetic that makes you feel instantly at home. We were pleasantly surprised with an automatic room upgrade to duplex, which truly elevated our experience. The duplex was spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for a special occasion, offering a wonderful mix of comfort and luxury. We were celebrating our anniversary and the team at Karma Chalet went above and beyond to make it special. The thoughtful gestures, warm wishes, and beautifully arranged celebration made us feel genuinely valued. It was heartwarming to see how much care and effort the staff put into ensuring our milestone was celebrated in a memorable way. The culinary experience at the in-house restaurant, Under the Neem, deserves a special mention. The ambiance is serene and calming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Dining under the shade of the neem tree added a unique charm, making each meal a delightful experience rather than just a routine. What truly sets Karma Chalet apart is its close connection to nature and animals. The presence of horses and other friendly animals adds a rustic, soulful touch to the property, making it especially enjoyable for animal lovers. Spending time around them was both relaxing and joyful. The pool area was another highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding amidst the peaceful surroundings. Overall, Karma Chalet is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience that stays with you long after you leave. From the boutique rooms and thoughtful upgrades to the anniversary celebration, delicious food, warm hospitality, and nature-filled surroundings, everything came together perfectly. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended for couples, special occasions, and anyone looking to relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate.

Karma Chalets is a nice weekend getaway place not too far away from the bustling city life. It's an hour drive from Gurgaon and the property is set within lush green scenery with plenty of flora and fauna for the nature enthusiasts. It's a family friendly place with decent restaurants within the property, a small kids play area and with plenty photo spots (those who care about aesthetics). Although on the expensive side, it's a very good stay with excellent service.
