Service & ambience good and familier.sitting on 1st floor & spent good time. Food was not up to the mark, ordered murgh malai tikka taste ok but chicken wasn't tendering it's hard. Butter masala also same. Simple Garlic naan was not available in nenu. In dessert ordered PHIRNI but not up to the mark not fresh #karim's standard it's a signature dish......... Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Can't rate than one Star. Seems it's not a Branch it's a franchise. Can't rate about atmosphere. Went for lunch. Ordered Chicken Bharta and Tandoori Rooti. They told that item not yet being serve there. They they suggest for Chicken chap and we ordered two. After sometime they again came and told that item also not available. It was really frustrating and we planned to leave the restaurant. But found they already placed a bottel of water and that already opened by them and my friend used the same. So I asked what is the amount we need to pay for the water bottle. Thought out of courtesy they won't charge, :) but they did charge ₹20 ( and didn't charge me GST) GREAT EXPERIENCE Food: 1 Service: 1

First of all I would like to thank their post-meal service who had been changed one of my dishes which have had some dispute (undesirable bony-mutton pieces). The interior ambience is decent not the ultimate one as like its exterior looking. Some of the dishes are quite expensive not that type of pocket friendly(like any other restaurants in berhampore) ...as it is from Delhi . Personally I like spicy form in byriani ...This was the dry one. Rest of the mutton dishes were very good in terms of taste .
