Staff is very very rude worst experience As Karim’s they are spoiling Karim’s brand name Manager the lady who sits on the billing counter is super frustrated dumb who don’t know how to talk to the costumer. She shouts on costumer on her like we r asking for a Bheek not paying for a food. Worst experience trust me this lady don’t deserve a job in a restaurant. Or any public dealing place .

Got wrong order, Manager screaming on call that delivery boy fault but manager fault. Unprofessional attitude, not at all up to mark, waiting for 1 hour+ disappointing from Karim Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
