To anyone thinking of booking a table at Karigari through Zomato or any other platform — don’t waste your time. Just don’t.This place is a masterclass in mismanagement and sheer incompetence. They blatantly ignore confirmed reservations, then act as if it’s your fault for trusting their system. Their so-called “excuses” are laughable — pure disrespect packaged as hospitality.They operate on a shameless first-come-first-serve basis, making bookings absolutely pointless. If you’re bringing elders or family, especially senior citizens, prepare for a long, miserable wait while clueless staff shrug their shoulders.To the Karigari management and Chef Sodhi ji — you’ve utterly failed. This was a disgraceful experience, not just disappointing, but insulting. You’ve clearly forgotten that food alone doesn’t make a restaurant — basic courtesy and professionalism do.Never stepping foot here again, and I’ll make sure others don’t either.
