By far the best buffet I’ve had and the best staff training I’ve seen. The South Indian food was just perfect. I could recall the Allam chutney I used to have in Hyderabad in small canteens and the flavor was just authentic. The sambar was by far the best in Bangalore. And all the items on the menu had the right ingredients and right portions. Kudos to the chef. The staff knew exactly what to speak and when to come for help. Very well trained. Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kari Theory by Radisson, Ulsoor! The food was exceptional — great variety, thoughtfully curated dishes, and everything we tried was delicious.
