We recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Kari Theory, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in a welcoming setting, the restaurant blends contemporary aesthetics with a warm and inviting ambiance. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that hospitality is a cornerstone of their service philosophy. The breakfast buffet was well-curated and thoughtfully laid out. It offered an impressive variety of both continental and South Indian options, making it a perfect spot for guests with diverse tastes. For those who prefer a Western-style breakfast, the spread featured a selection of freshly baked pastries including buttery croissants, soft muffins, and danishes that melted in the mouth. A beautifully arranged fruit bar displayed an array of seasonal fresh fruits—ripe, colorful, and refreshing—adding a healthy and vibrant touch to the morning meal. Cheese lovers would be pleased to find a selection of cheeses that paired wonderfully with fresh bread and crackers. There were also cold cuts and preserves, offering plenty of options to create your own custom breakfast plate. These continental offerings were clearly crafted with quality ingredients, and the attention to freshness and flavor stood out. However, what truly stole the show was the South Indian section of the buffet. From soft idlis to perfectly spiced vadas, each item reflected authenticity and a home-cooked feel. The highlight was undoubtedly the live dosa counter—a brilliant addition that added a touch of interaction and freshness to the buffet. Watching dosas being made to order, with a choice of fillings and served hot off the pan, elevated the entire experience. The accompanying chutneys and sambar were rich in flavor and perfectly complemented the dosas. The staff at Kari Theory deserve special mention. Each member of the team was genuinely courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was offering recommendations, refilling empty dishes promptly, or simply checking in to make sure everything was to our liking, their hospitality added significantly to the overall positive experience. The layout of the buffet was spacious and well-organized, allowing for a smooth flow of guests without crowding. Hygiene standards were visibly maintained, with all items properly labeled and covered, and service staff ensuring cleanliness throughout. Beyond the food and service, the ambiance of the restaurant further enhanced the experience. Soft background music, natural lighting, and comfortable seating created a relaxed atmosphere that made our breakfast feel unhurried and thoroughly enjoyable. In summary, our visit to Kari Theory for breakfast was a wonderful start to the day. The thoughtfully crafted buffet, the blend of global and local flavors, the warm and attentive staff, and the inviting atmosphere combined to deliver a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re a guest at a nearby hotel, a local resident, or someone just looking for a hearty and high-quality breakfast, Kari Theory is definitely worth a visit. We left with satisfied appetites and a promise to return—perhaps next time to explore their lunch or dinner offerings! We had booked a breakfast buffet through Swiggy, where the only available time slot was from 10:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 AM, we were informed that the buffet had already closed at 10:00 AM. The reception staff seemed unsure and simply kept checking his phone without offering a solution. Despite having paid the cover charges in advance, we had no choice but to leave without eating. It was a complete waste of time, effort, and money — especially after traveling 9.5 km just for this breakfast. There appears to be a serious lack of coordination between Swiggy and Kari Theory, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Service: 1 Meal type: Breakfast

Had team dinner here. Buffet food. Felt varieties are less in both veg and non veg considering for a 5 star hotel. Desserts are ok. Taste is average and must be improved on it. Parking is well facilitated and ambience is awesome. Roof top view is the highlight ️. Cost is expensive.
