We had booked a breakfast buffet through Swiggy, where the only available time slot was from 10:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 AM, we were informed that the buffet had already closed at 10:00 AM. The reception staff seemed unsure and simply kept checking his phone without offering a solution. Despite having paid the cover charges in advance, we had no choice but to leave without eating. It was a complete waste of time, effort, and money — especially after traveling 9.5 km just for this breakfast. There appears to be a serious lack of coordination between Swiggy and Kari Theory, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Service: 1 Meal type: Breakfast

Had team dinner here. Buffet food. Felt varieties are less in both veg and non veg considering for a 5 star hotel. Desserts are ok. Taste is average and must be improved on it. Parking is well facilitated and ambience is awesome. Roof top view is the highlight ️. Cost is expensive.
