1 Star (Would give zero if possible) Absolutely terrible experience at Karchi. We placed our order and waited patiently for over 40 minutes—not a single dish arrived at our table. When we finally asked a server how much longer it would take, we were shocked by the response: a member of the staff rudely told us to “shut up” instead of giving a simple update. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. We left immediately without eating, deeply disappointed and appalled by both the service and attitude of the staff.
