Shawarare has updated their place and expanded the menu with more items, including tea, coffee, and snacks, which is a positive change. However, there are still several drawbacks. Seating is very limited only 4 tables on the first floor and 2 tables on the balcony and there are no fans, so dining in hot air is uncomfortable. We received our shawaya almost 20 minutes later, and it was served cold. The chicken was also lacking salt and overall taste. I was expecting a better upgrade in food quality and taste, not just in appearance. Customer service also needs improvement. ( At billing, I explained the issue with the shawaya.
