Went here with friends for the 1st time... Had a reservation for dinner but still had to wait for approx 20-30 mins. Food is good but the quantity is very less. They have a lot of tasting menu options which are priced very very high for its quantity. We were 3 people and we ordered a fish curry rice, a non veg tasting menu, cocojack desert and mussels fry. The cost was around 5K and we were just half full. 1 tasting menu can be eaten by 1 person normally. If you are someone who eats less then can be shared by 2.

We booked a slot for early lunch around 12:30 and got the seat with no waiting. The food,ambience and service was excellent. The price is moderate to high.

Wow, what an experience at Kappa Chakka Kandhari in Chennai! They serve authentic Kerala cuisine, but with a twist that makes every dish feel fresh and exciting. Being South Indian, I’m quite familiar with the cuisine, yet I was genuinely surprised at how beautifully it was presented and how incredible everything tasted. We opted for their tasting menu, which included a generous spread of starters and mains. Each preparation truly blew my mind. If you’re a fan of South Indian non-veg food, this place is an absolute must-try!
