Extremely Disappointing Experience at Kapila Resorts (Tulsi Lawns) I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Kapila Resorts specifically Tulsi Lawns was so horrible that people deserve to be warned. The management is absolutely non-supportive. Instead of helping, they talk arrogantly and behave as if they are doing a favour by even listening. They constantly try to shift their responsibilities onto the party in the most cunning ways. It was very clear that they only want to make money without offering even basic hospitality. Their rules are ridiculous and completely one-sided, designed only to protect them and exploit customers. I strongly suggest that no one should fall for their pointless and unfair rules. Coming to the venue: The lawn/hall didn’t even have a washbasin, which is a BASIC requirement for any event. The toilets were unhygienic and not maintained at all. Overall, the facilities were extremely poor and nowhere close to what they claim. This was honestly a terrible and frustrating experience. The management is very cunning and extremely irresponsible. They escape from accountability in every situation. I strongly recommend NOT booking Kapila Resorts for any event. Save yourself the stress and choose a place that actually values customers and maintains basic standards.

Ma'am at our resort we provide only the venue and rooms with a few rules for the event to go smoothly which we had mentioned before booking and given a copy to the person paying the advance. Catering and decoration is done from vendors of your choice. Caterers get a portable wash basin near the buffet setup which your vendor didn't I suppose. Also our team goes out of the way to help our customers. Sorry for the inconveniences caused to you, and our boss would like to know more so kindly call him on 9049557777 so we can improve ourselves.
