During my visit to the establishment, I observed rats near the utensils at the entrance, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Additionally, when I ordered lollipop chicken, the pieces served were not authentic lollipop cuts. As someone familiar with the dish, it was clear that these were substituted with other pieces. Upon questioning, the staff informed me that their cook was unavailable. Furthermore, the manager on duty displayed unprofessional behavior and lacked proper communication skills. It was disappointing to experience such poor customer service and observe the lack of trained staff. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve both hygiene standards and staff training to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
