They will butter you with good food and overtly nice service so that you rack up a heavy bill, and then calmly tell you that the app you booked your table through is no longer accepted at their restaurant, and therefore any discounts are null and void. They will justify this in various ways, make you pay the full bill - even though you have done nothing wrong, and even though their restaurant appears on the concerned app, and even though they have made no effort to forewarn visiting customers about this issue - and actually have the audacity to calmly warn you about maintaining the 'manners and decorum' of the customer. Then, they will just smile and go on like business as usual with a smug expression, since making money is what they specialize at, and gaslighting gullible customers is second nature to them. Fighting them will only waste your own time, energy, peace of mind and sanity, and you will come out all ruffled, disturbed and disappointed while they have a good laugh. I hate to admit that that food is excellent, but the aftertaste of their service is horribly bitter and disheartening. Visit at your own peril, and think twice before you do so.
