The agents are so rude, when the delivery person is asking to pay extra amount for the delivery, Kanti sweets service agents support them again demand for the amount. And willingly takes the wrong way to ask some extra charges for the delivery and demand for the money, if the customer is not ready to pay they gonna cancel the order arguing map has showing this way and I can't come on the other way if wanted to come then asking customers to pay the extra amount..
This is the kind of service given by Kanti sweets..
When I called to the Kanti sweets, person says not to give the money but when agent from the Kanti sweets service asks to pay for it..
So no proper service is provided..
I recommend people to be careful with this kind of scams Kanti sweets doing..
