I ordered the quarter Al Faham Mandi from here. The Al Faham had a plain taste—not very flavorful—but it was soft and well-cooked. The rice was a bit hard and could have been cooked a little more. The quantity of rice was large, but the chicken felt small in comparison. They did provide a good amount of mayonnaise, chutney, and some salad, which was nice. Overall, it’s decent, but I hope they improve, as there are only a few good spots for Mandi in Kottayam.
