This outlet has become one of the most unhygienic and poorly managed places on FC Road. Rats are openly roaming inside the dine-in area, which clearly shows a complete lack of cleanliness and pest control. Even after complaining last time, the management has done nothing to fix the issue. The staff are untrained and unprofessional, and the service is extremely slow. It seems like neither the owner nor the manager cares about customer experience or basic hygiene. It’s shocking that such a popular place on FC Road is being run so carelessly. Until proper cleanliness, staff training, and management responsibility are taken seriously, this outlet should be inspected by the local health department. Strongly not recommended. A fantastic experience at Kannu Ki Chai on FC Road today! The cafe has a super vibrant and artistic vibe. I tried their cheese club sandwich, which was perfectly grilled and delicious, served with wonderfully seasoned fries. The chai, of course, was the highlight – absolutely perfect!
