1 Star – Very Poor Service Experience. In almost every restaurant, the staff comes to the table to take the order. But at Kanha Restaurant, the process is completely opposite and very inconvenient. First, customers are asked to place the order and make payment at the counter. After that, you have to search for a waiter just to hand over the order receipt. Even after the food is ready, no one serves it at the table — customers are expected to go and collect the food themselves. This feels more like a self-service cafeteria, but there is no clarity about it beforehand. If you are charging like a proper restaurant, the service should also match. Overall, the experience was disappointing and poorly managed. Not recommended for anyone expecting basic table service.
