Even I vl not give one star after today's experience. Till today I was a huge fan of Kandoi bhogilal mulchand. But today I ordered 2 types of Mathho, 500 gm fresh strawberry matho and 500 gm Raj bhog matho. They called it matho containing fresh strawberry but it was shocking I got pack having fungus on matho, which was carrying dt of packing as 26.2.2025. That means keep old rotten food items at your cold storage for infinite time but counting shelf life from the date of packaging. What prompted me to downgrade rating for me ever is response to my complaints. No apology, no shame, no regrets. Just casually ask me my address to replace the item. I refused to replace fearing they vl recycle the same to other customer.
