Very disappointing experience. We waited for almost 1 hour after placing the order, but the food was not served. Instead of apologizing or helping, the staff told us to leave and post a review. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. I will not recommend this place. Service: 1

Came to Hotel Kandil ️ with my friend for lunch. We ordered Kaju Masala & roti — honestly, not a good choice. The veg quality was quite poor. Seems like this place is better for non-veg lovers. Wouldn’t recommend Kaju Masala — try other options instead. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian options: Vegetarian food i was not going to suggest.
