We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. We ordered the beef roast and parotta, but the beef tasted off. We politely brought it to the server's attention. However, he surprisingly took a bite from my plate to 'test' it and then disappeared, only to return and claim he didn't notice anything wrong. He offered to replace the beef dish with another, but insisted we pay for the parotta that in the plate he had already tasted. We felt uncomfortable eating food that had been handled by someone else. We decided to pay for the porottw and other dish we ordered and declined the replacement beef. However, the server raised his voice, implying it was our mistake and demanding payment for the parotta.
