Today, we visited Kanna Coffee and Community and had a great time. The garlic bread though it looked and tasted like a pizza, was absolutely delicious. The dark chocolate orange mocha was really nice, with a perfect balance of flavors. We also enjoyed the classic cappuccino, which was smooth and comforting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with good food and coffee! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Kana by Coffee Mechanics ended up being quite a disappointment. Our Sunday morning breakfast experience was ruined by cold dishes and small portions and overpriced menu lacking flavor and warmth. The pumpkin toast was very average, and cilbir (poached eggs in yogurt) took an agonizing 40 minutes to arrive inspite of asking multiple times , and when they did, Waiting 40 minutes for poached eggs with hardly any yogurt to dip the sourdough was disappointing and not worth the wait . And everything is cold not even slightly warm as you don’t get the feel of eating fresh and warm food served at your table.The lemon cake slice tasted more like a Britannia cake with artificial essence without any hint of lemon. ( utterly dreadful, the worst of all the items)Even the white chocolate mocha failed to deliver any white chocolate flavor. The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked a service-oriented approach. While we weren’t expecting a five-star experience, it felt like they were just going through the motions rather than providing attentive service.Despite the nice ambiance, the overall experience felt like a waste of time and money. Plus, finding parking was extremely challenging due to its location on a main road.Do not recommend this place to anyone , rather visit their coffee mechanics in HBR layout! Million times better. We don’t need a fancy menu, what’s important is delivering quality. It’s crucial to consistently test the food before adding it to the menu. Despite influencers promoting this place, I’m skeptical if they all genuinely enjoyed it or were paid for their reviews. Otherwise, as a discerning food enthusiast, I wouldn’t have risked stepping into a place with such horrifying food experience. Hopefully, the management takes note of this honest feedback and works towards improving the overall experience for customers.Rated 1 star because not even one dish stood out in any way.
