Highlights: - Beef: decent quality for the price - Manthi rice: tasty! - Customer service: okay Areas for improvement: - Perotta: didn't meet expectations - Maintenance issue: AC water leakage inside the restaurant (needs attention) Overall, Kammalam Restaurant has its ups and downs!
