Absolutely unacceptable hygiene standards. I found a cockroach inside my dosa at Kamal Sweets. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they casually replied, “It’s an open kitchen, this happens.” This is not just careless — it’s dangerous. Instead of apologizing or addressing the issue seriously, they acted like it was normal. I used to enjoy coming here, but after this horrifying experience and their irresponsible attitude, I will never return and strongly advise others to think twice about eating here.
