I had a terrible experience at Kamal Paradise. The bed was not just dirty but had stain when complained the manager at the reception said "guest dirty kiya". Toilets are not clean. Terrible attitude of the staff. Zero understanding of what hospitality. The breakfast table was kept dirty along with the restaurant. At the night all non staying guest in restaurant kept abusing and scream. Didnt feel its safe to eat there. When complained about this there was zero regret. I hope the owners read this and bring in the change.
