Worst service. We waited for 10 minutes after coming. Better hire more staff if you are short staffed! One guy even looked at us and went by as if we are not even there or don't matter. They did not even give us menu. When asked for placing order, they're like 5 more minutes. Still no menu. I would never recommend this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

Food is pretty much good. But the service people have extra attitude carry with them always. If you go to service hall u will get a late and arrogant treatment. They will just forget your orders. Today I have ordered the onion dosa double roast. But it’s over roasted and become black spots. But as per them it’s very fine. We have to just have it without any opinion. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It was really bad experience begin to Kalpataru Grand . Service person was not ready to pass a glass of water waiting for 30 mins after asking him repeatedly. Rest was was hygiene. Kindly request not to waste your time here. Many Employees had left because non payment. Service: 1
