They got the order wrong, there is egg in my fried rice,I'm allergic to egg,utterly dissatisfied

Good evening Mr Viju ,we at kalp have reviewed your feed back and feel bad you could not have the chicken fried rice as you are alregic to egg ,sir just want to inform you sir when ever we send or serve in house fried rice when it comes to chicken we do have a practice to add egss to it ,if at you if you could could have mentioned in instruction that you would not need eggs added we would have skipped the same in adding .As there was no such specific instructions mentioned in the order that was received at our end due to which a regular non veg fried rice which contains eggs and chicken was sent firth. Hope we at kalp have tried our best in resolving your concern to best of our ability.Team Kalp.
