Very poor slow service and if you complain about it then its you who should have patience to wait for a simple Mutter paneer and Roti which was equally as bad as their customer service. Management has no manner to talk to thier customer which was the worst part. Total waste of money.

The worst experience for home delivery from Kalash restaurant, Lullanagar.
We ordered Paneer Darbari sabji (gravy).
It was packed pathetically in paper packing container. (Normally in which rice or dry starters are packed in)
Whole sabji was falling out of the container. Oil was the major portion of gravy.
When I called owner/manager of Hotel he responded in such a rude manner & he was least bothered about the issue. He said you bring it to hotel we don't have anyone to collect it from your place. He didnt regret or apologise even once.
It was my first and the last order from Kalash restaurant.
BIG NO for this restaurant.
I personally appeal to think twice before ordering food from such a restaurant which is not at all concerned about customer service and takes customers for granted.
