Last night, my colleagues and I (a group of 12 friends) visited Kalandak Rooftop, Majnu Ka Tila to celebrate a friend’s birthday — and honestly, it turned out to be a big mistake. Firstly, the food was absolutely pathetic. If you’re thinking of trying their Tibetan, Korean, or Chinese cuisines, don’t even bother — everything we tried was completely tasteless and felt like a waste of money. Secondly, during billing, they misadded the quantities, and when we politely asked them to tally it, the staff started misbehaving with us. The behavior was shockingly rude and disrespectful — something you just can’t ignore. The service was extremely slow, and the staff clearly had zero training in customer handling. It was as if they didn’t care at all about the experience of the guests. It was a huge disappointment for all of us, and the entire celebration vibe got ruined because we chose this place. My sincere request: Even at your worst, please don’t opt for this cafe. They mess up the bill, and if you question it, they treat you as if Indians can’t even do basic bill tallying.
