Good tasty food. Wide veriety of Nadan Kerala food. Chattichor is highly recommended. Long waiting time and poor service. They actually run the hotel with half staff stregth and majority of them dont know Malayalam. Need a Manager also to manage the crowd and staff. Need to improve hygiene and number of washing areas. Average cost for food except for fish items for which they charge very high. Tasty food and poor management of affairs. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad experience for me. Food taste is okay but Service is very very poor. None of them from management care customers. I reported thie grivence direct to the cash counter. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
