Extremely disappointing experience – Would NOT recommend! Just walked out of Kake Di Hatti, Gomti Nagar, and I must say this has been one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a while. We had a prior appointment but were still asked to wait 30 minutes. Fair enough – we waited patiently. But once seated, things went completely downhill. EVERYTHING we tried to order was “not available” or flat-out rejected. The staff seemed disinterested and dismissive, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us sit there. It genuinely felt like the restaurant was only interested in serving the large birthday party going on and the rest of the customers were just background noise. What’s the point of taking bookings if you can’t serve basic menu items? This was not just bad service – it was borderline insulting. Save your time, money, and sanity. There are far better places in Lucknow to enjoy a meal without feeling like an unwanted guest.

The flavors, aromas, and finesse witnessed in Chandni Chowk set a standard that the Lucknow counterpart struggled to match. While Kake Di Hatti Lucknow may hold its charm and merits, it regrettably falls short of the extraordinary heights set by its renowned Chandni Chowk sibling. In contemplating these two distinct encounters, I found myself cherishing the cherished memories from Chandni Chowk while recognizing the missed opportunity for Kake Di Hatti Lucknow to emulate that magical allure. As much as it pains me to convey this contrast, it is only fair to acknowledge the brilliance that adorned the Chandni Chowk venture, elevating it to a memorable affair that left an indelible impression on my culinary senses. While Kake Di Hatti Lucknow's earnest efforts deserve appreciation, it is essential to mention that my dining experience was hindered by a minor yet notable misstep. As I eagerly anticipated the array of Naan breads, the anticipation quickly turned to dismay when the waiter, perhaps in haste, carelessly deposited all three Naans at once on the table. The absence of finesse in this aspect detracted from the overall dining experience, leaving me yearning for the more refined service encountered at its Chandni Chowk counterpart. In the final analysis, Kake Di Hatti Lucknow, with its commendable menu and inviting ambiance, struggles to ascend to the lofty standards set by the remarkable culinary haven in Chandni Chowk.
