My sister ordered veg paratha but instead of veg paratha they give chicken paratha on Swiggy order they don't give any refund regarding this They dismissed his religion because he gave them chicken instead of giving veg paratha Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst ever branch of kake da hotel. Ordered chicken combo which was supposed to be 4 pieces but recieved 3 instead and when complained the staff denied and did not accept their mistake. Never gonna order from here again. Terrible experience. Its the nice way of assaulting the customer that i abused because i wont be able to reply to ur allegations but i will edit my review and reply you for sure i did not abuse and what do u think i ate and sent the picture of half box? It was half only and less quantity including one less chicken piece that is why picture was like that. I wont lie just because of one chicken piece. Your rude reply and arroagance shows why you are rated 3.8 on google and this is how you accuse customers just because of one chicken piece. I can see your restaurant shutting down soon due to your arrogant behaviour. Your staff denied that we do not have any rider to compensate for our mistake, then i just shouted not abused. And when shouted then also nothing came and we visited outlet. All the best mr this is not how restaurants are run and customer service is done. You think your customers lie because of your one pc chicken hahaha !! Kake da hotel sucks big time!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mr Rohan, As discussed when you visited the outlet it wasnt very clear if it was mistake at our end as the pictures shared by you had only half of dish in the box however without any argument we agreed to our mistake and offerred you refund through the Zomato system however due to your excesive request for regular refunds it was denied. Additionally we offerred you to send extra dish whenever you order again. However you choose to visit the outlet and abuse the staff for a human error. But following our ethical behaviour we apologised for the inconvenience and offerred to get the dish prepared again. We are sorry for the inconvenience you had but do not agree to your statement of misbehave as you were abusing the shift manager over the call and he was politely trying to provide the best resolution. Please be advised that we strive to provide best service and world class quality however mistakes are sometimes inadvertent in manual intensive process and we sincerely are learning from them to provide an error less experience to our customers Team Kake
