The chole bhature here is definitely worth trying—flavorful, well-spiced, and nicely paired with their signature side of vinegar-soaked chillies and onions, which adds a perfect zing. It’s best enjoyed fresh at the store, as the taste and texture drop a bit when delivered. The only mixed experience comes from the owner, who can be a bit moody—jolly and chatty on some days, quiet and distant on others.
