Initially only vada is delivered and delivery boy blamed Kakal Kai Ruchi for short delivery and later on hotel blamed delivery boy. zomato customer service is just a spectator and not able to resolve the issue. finally I spoke to hotel and then they delivered balance 4 idlies.
