I had a very terrible experience. While having a Mastani shake, I found a rubber piece inside it. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Such negligence raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. I strongly request the management to take this matter seriously and improve their quality checks immediately.
