I visited Kaka Bar & Restaurant, Ghatkopar on 23/11/2025 around 12:50 AM with my friends. We entered well before closing time, but around 1:50 AM the manager behaved extremely rudely and asked us to leave in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. His tone and conduct were completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. The incident made us feel insulted and uncomfortable. Such behaviour seriously damages the reputation of the place, and no customer should be treated this way. Because of this unacceptable incident, I have already filed a formal complaint with the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. I sincerely hope the management takes strict action and improves staff behaviour to ensure this does not happen to any other customer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
