My first visit to Pune with my baby turned out to be disappointing because of an awful experience at Kaka Halwai. While my husband was standing in the queue to get some snacks, I sat on a chair that was placed away from the counter, unaware that it might belong to the owner. (there was no indication or signage). Within minutes, one of the staff members rudely asked me to get up, showing no courtesy or basic decency — especially when I was sitting quietly with my baby. It was upsetting to be treated this way as a customer. Such behavior reflects a serious lack of respect and humanity. I truly hope the management addresses this attitude so no one else has to go through such an unpleasant experience.
