I had a very bad experience at Kaisen Restaurant & Café. The food quality was extremely poor. The chicken was very smelly, and the momos tasted like they were made using stale ingredients, almost like something used 10–15 days ago. It felt unsafe to eat. The staff is very rude, bilkul hi manners nahi hain. Khana bilkul achha nahi hai. The washrooms are not clean at all, which shows how badly hygiene is maintained. Orders do not come on time, delivery is very late, and sometimes orders are not delivered properly at all. As a customer, I am very disappointed. Main kisi ko bhi yahan recommend nahi karunga, because eating such food can spoil health and may even make the body a house of diseases like stomach infection or food poisoning. I personally will never prefer to visit this place again and strongly advise others to avoid it for their own health and safety. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
