We were at the Kakkanad Water Metro terminal and were looking for a decent bakery nearby. Upon checking Google Maps, we came across Kairali Bakers which seemed to have mostly positive reviews. Sure enough, it was a good decision to try them out. They have lots of sweets and snacks on display. We tried one of their laddoos before buying it: lovely stuff! Many people had also given good comments on their egg puffs. It wasn't available when we got there, but they promised us that it would arrive soon as it was en route (he even said that the delivery vehicle was at the Kakkanad traffic lights as of that time). We loved the egg puffs when they finally arrived. You can also "dine in", although there are only 2 small tables and around 4 chairs with very limited space to sit / stand. The sales people are very enterprising and know their job well. They treat their customers well. We'd love to go back to this bakery the next time we visit Kochi.
