They serve stale food. You can actually smell the rancid oil in which the chole gravy is cooked in and the bhaturas were full of oil with no taste at all. Very bad experience. No alternative for maida bhatura very sad and disappointing. But vashi store provides atta puri as a alternate for chole bhature. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Disappointing Experience I recently visited Kailash Parbat, expecting a delightful dining experience, but unfortunately, the management's incompetence ruined our evening.Location: Nexus SeawoodsWe ordered the famous Chole Bhature, but what followed was a series of mishaps:1. Long Wait: Our food took an inordinate 30 minutes to arrive2. Incorrect Order: The order was wrong, and we had to request corrections.3. Rude Manager: When we brought these issues to the manager's attention, they were dismissive and unapologetic.The manager's attitude was shocking, displaying a complete lack of customer service skills. It seemed like they were more interested in arguing than resolving our concerns.Recommendation: Until the management improves, I would advise potential customers to think twice before visiting.· Food Quality: 3/5· Service: 1/5· Ambience: 2/5· Value for Money: 2/5
