What is wrong with Kailash Parvat? With it's formidable reputation one would have expected it to provide a decent plate of parathas! But no, they got hold of some semi cooked prepacked stuff and heated it up. They took 25 minutes to do this. The parathas were a total disappointment. Tea too wasn't available and had to be taken from a neighbouring outlet in the Food Court The proprietor should come over urgently and see what customers are being subjected to. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Kolkata airport was well known for aloo parathas before this outlet appeared on the scene!

Diluted cafe latte and hot chocolate. The drinks were poorly made, tasted bad and the milk was not boiled to the appropriate temperature which caused digestion issues. The drinks were extremely diluted and its obvious that they are skimming on the milk. If I wanted to waste money, I would rather throw it down the garbage than buy something that is going to hurt my health. Very disappointed with Kailash Parbat. When I asked them why the drinks where bad, they asked me to contact management and here I am doing that! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
