Hi Team, The food provided was not up to the mark, and this is the feedback we received from the hotelier: First of all, you are adding curry leaves in Dal Tadka—who does that? This is not a South Indian state. Moving on to Dum Aloo, the preparation was incorrect as the potatoes were cut, which is not the right method. The Chaat were just average. The roasted papad was oversized and difficult to eat. Please check with your Executive Chef and ensure the necessary corrections are made moving forward. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
