I went to upper bazaar for shopping and after shopping for hours I dashed into this road-sidr stall. Its just a road-side stall with many snacking options. They serve Samosa, Dhuska, aloo chop, jilebi. The sabji offered by kailash hotel was yumm, thats the USP. Their chutney is also great. Its will not look a big place to you but just an open stall with all the customers flocking all the day round.
