I had a rather disappointing experience with Kafil's Plaza restaurant. The staff are extremely unprofessional and seem poorly trained in customer service. From communication to handling requests, their behavior was far from what you’d expect at a well-known restaurant. To make matters worse, when ordering food online, the portion sizes are shockingly small for the price charged. It’s frustrating to pay a premium only to receive inadequate portions that do not justify the cost. I believe the restaurant needs to work on both improving their service quality and ensuring customers receive value for their money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my recent experience.
