Disgusting behaviour by the staff. A strand of hair was found in the meal and we asked to take back the food. But the manager wasn’t decent enough to apologise and not include that meal in our bill. He adamantly said that we can’t cancel the food but can pack the food for you. This is the first time I came across this kind of staff. Not sure if we’ll visit again.
