We went to kaffbeery Restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends, expecting a pleasant time. Unfortunately, the staff behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly told the children that they were not allowed to cut their birthday cake because it was brought from outside, and they said they “don’t care” about such celebrations. There was no polite explanation or alternative offered. It was embarrassing and hurtful for the children on a special day. A café should know how to treat families and young guests with basic courtesy. Because of this behaviour, we will not recommend this place to anyone. Hospitality and respect for customers are completely missing here.
