Google says its open till 11 30 ..when i went there at 8 pm the guys there refused to take order saying it is closing soon.Another customer was still in the shop having his drink at the same time

Visited after seeing a blog review. Very disappointing . Staff didn’t even seem clear about basic burger preparation. When I asked about cheese, they said it’s “optional” — first time hearing that for a burger . Okay for a one-time visit maybe, but not worth coming back. Wouldn’t recommend going out of the way to visit ‍. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Kafè 49 is a super cool spot in the middle of Erattupetta! I tried their dates & nuts shake — honestly, it was a total masterpiece . Super fresh and really tasty. The best part? Juices and shakes start at just ₹49, and they even have burgers for under ₹80! Great taste without burning your wallet. The staff is really polite and the service was smooth too. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
