I can’t believe I hadn’t tried Kadala all this time being in Trivandrum, I really felt like I was missing out! We visited on a Saturday evening, and as expected, the place was quite crowded. A polite staff member approached us immediately, informed us about the wait, and guided us well. Within about 10 minutes, we were seated, which was quite reasonable. The ambience is impressive, with unique furniture and creatively designed walls, including asbestos sheet-style wall decor, which adds a distinctive and artistic touch. It has a lively yet comfortable vibe, making it a nice place to dine with family or friends. The menu offers a wide variety of options, giving plenty of choices for everyone. The food did take a bit longer to arrive, likely due to the rush, but it was worth the wait. The presentation was appealing, and every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. Parking space is available, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small dessert shop.We didn’t try it this time, but will surely check it out on our next visit. Steve jobs in one speech said , u should keep the customer experience in mind ..the first thing and work backwards ..and Kadalas cafe is a typical example of the same ..Every single inch of space tells a story of great creative effort from a mindful and a soulful team ..A typical example of how a concept Resto needs to be..I came into the resto with a ponder ..but left the place with an experience .. beautiful ambience. Great food presentations... brilliant menu .. high quality food and great hospitality.. Loved it and highly recommended.. Kudos Kadalas Team..you have set standards of how a concept Resto should be ..
